Terms of Service

By accessing or using our game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease playing and uninstall the application.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account and play online.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or shared with third parties.

Bereche Studios maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against cheating and toxic behavior. You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the game experience.
• Intentionally exploit game bugs, glitch mechanisms, or network latency to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, abusive language, or inappropriate player names.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, database, or other players' data.

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate temporary suspension or permanent banning of your account.

• Decks, cards, titles, cosmetic items, and ELO ratings are virtual items provided solely for entertainment purposes within Merchant's Trail.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or transferred outside the game.
• Bereche Studios reserves the right to modify, balance, or revalue in-game assets as necessary for overall game balance and fairness.

• Online matches depend on stable internet connectivity.
• Disconnecting during an active match (intentionally or due to network failure) may trigger standard disconnect timers, forfeitures, or ELO rating penalties.
• Forged signals or network tampering will trigger automated anti-cheat bans.

Merchant's Trail is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Bereche Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bereche Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Bereche Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be required to review and re-accept the updated Terms upon logging in before continuing gameplay.
