• Account & Profile Data: Display name, unique User ID (UID), profile avatar URL (if authenticated via Google Play Games / Apple Game Center), and your unique 9-digit Friend Code.
• Gameplay & Competitive Data: Match statistics (wins, losses, match history), competitive ELO ratings, equipped card decks, active match states, and tournament standings.
• Technical & Device Data: Network connectivity status, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for game invites, and anonymized diagnostic crash reports to maintain server stability.

We process your personal data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Authenticating your player account and enabling real-time 1v1 online matchmaking.
• Maintaining global and friend leaderboards and calculating fair ELO rating updates post-match.
• Delivering real-time game invitations, match requests, and critical patch updates.
• Preventing cheating, botting, network tampering, and unauthorized server manipulation.

Your player data is securely stored on enterprise-grade Google Cloud and Firebase Realtime Database infrastructure, enforcing strict end-to-end security rules and encrypted communication protocols.

Under global privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you hold full control over your data, including the right to inspect, export, or permanently erase your account.

Account Deletion Requests: You may request immediate permanent deletion of your profile, ELO ratings, match history, and friend connections directly through:

• The in-game Settings → Support screen.
• The Delete Account portal on our official web portal.

Merchant's Trail integrates industry-standard third-party infrastructure providers that comply with international data security standards:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions & FCM Messaging.
• Platform Identity Services: Google Play Games Services & Apple Game Center.

Merchant's Trail is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without verified parental consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect game enhancements or legal changes. Material modifications will be announced in-game and require player re-acknowledgment upon login.
